Full Time and Part Time Receptionist

This is a great opportunity to join the Cisswood House Hotel Front Office Team. In your role as Receptionist/Reservationist you will provide a welcoming, efficient and timely service to all guests.

Key responsibilities of the Receptionist/Reservationist will include:

To deliver exceptional guest service to all internal and external customers & guests

To complete the check in/out function in a warm and efficient manner

To answer the phone in a polite and professional manner to internal & external calls, transferring to the relevant department or guest.

Deal with Reservation enquiries and bookings from guests and third party agents.

Deal with all guest request & queries in a timely manner.To be full conversant of all the hotel's facilities and up selling opportunities

As a Receptionist/Reservationist, you will work shifts from 07.00 to 15.00 or 15.00 to 23.00, any 5 days out of 7 for Full time Role and 2 days out of 7 for Part Time Role

The Ideal Receptionist

As Receptionist it is essential you have the following skills and attributes:

Previous experience within the hospitality industry or similar customer focused industry

Excellent communication skills - both oral and written

Good organisational and administrative skills, with an eye for detail and Microsoft Office literate

Positive attitude ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to multitask
